We want you to be 100% satisfied with your jewelry and will happily accept a return or exchange within 15 days of your order date.  Please make sure the item is in the original unused condition, as damaged items cannot be returned.

 

To arrange a return or exchange:

• Please first email mkjewels@outlook.com to request return authorization, and we will respond with the address to which you should ship your item.
• Please advise the order number and jewelry description in your email.
• When preparing your jewelry for return, please use a protective box and proper packing materials so that it will not be damaged in transit.  Include any packaging that came with your item.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the return/exchange is due to a mistake on our end.
